Great divan base, well manufactured and quality really good, but the fittings in the base for attaching the matching headboard are ridiculous! They have put round stickers which supposedly mark the spot for the screw/bolts to attach headboard. Erm no, I had to put a hole in the fabric and then locate a screw fitting that was nowhere near its supposed location! Very disappointing considering the price and the otherwise good workmanship put into this. A massive failing.

Two of the drawers that both were not installed correctly and I had to re-align them to the fit the rails; also there are some flaws on the surface of one bed which the valvet got scratched and torn. Luckily the colour and the material has made it not significant.

Once constructed the bed is very comfortable. but the instructions to build it are very poor. The markers for the bolt holes were out of place. One screw was too short so I had to substitute one from the garage. Order of inserting bolts was wrong. Four turn screws missing from headboard

Well made. Its the second Bensons bed Ive purchased. My last one is still a lovely as the day I bought it 7 years ago. Yes you pay a bit more, and Ive been stung with trying go cheap, which only costs you in the long run. You pays your money you takes your chance, my old mum always says. So lesson learned, its Bensons all daylong!
