Quality bed however not as soft as I would have thought.
Love this new matress, I have a health issue, and need a soft mattress, it fits the need indeed. Wouldn't swap it for anything
I have had my new mattress now for 1 month, and it's got a lot softer than when I first got it. I think its the best mattress I have ever had. Really good quality, excellent finish. Needed a proper soft mattress as I sleep on my side, and has some cooling properties as I am a hot sleeper, this mattress seems to do the job really well. The mattress is on the heavy side but this is expected with a quality product, but I can still turn it on my own. I found out that my 30cm fitted sheets fits this mattress perfectly, so didn't need to buy deeper one's.

I ordered a new mattress with Bensons For Beds, I did this in store, the sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable, and offered all additional products available to us to keep the mattress in top condition. Upon delivery, the delivery team called to ensure I was home, they delivered within a time slot, and wore protective booties over their shoes when entering my home. They unpacked my mattress and took away my old mattress all with no fuss! I would highly recommend, and would be a repeat customer!

Was great for a while now it's sunk we rota in every couple weeks so why has it sunk
Had the mattress for a month or so now and there is still a chemical smell. This is despite having the mattress without sheets and duvet and a fan blowing on it for a few days.
Taking a while to adjust between my old mattress and this new one. However, it is very comfortable and sleep well on it. Although I ordered the Soft mattress, it is not anywhere near as soft as my old Medium mattress. On saying that though, I am so far, extremely pleased with it and have no complaints. The only niggle I have is that the mattress is very deep, but then the majority in the store were also the same depth, and I knew this before I bought it. My bedsheets only just fit and they are the deep fit ones. Getting into bed, it feels like The Princess and the Pea as the mattress is so high, but being somewhat of a mature age, it's easier to get out of bed, so swings and roundabouts. Overall, very pleased with the mattress.
I purchased two beds from benson . The king size bed was excellent unfortunately the double bed mattress is too high and I have difficulty getting in and out of the bed because I am only 5 feet in height.I was impressed with the guys who delivered the beds and took away the old beds unfortunately they forgot to deliver the king size mattress protector meaning I had to contact the store and going to collect.

The mattress was all I hoped it would be. I wanted a soft mattress and I just melt into it! Bliss!
So far so good. Only had it a few weeks but it seems very comfortable and Im sleeping well with no problems. Chose it as wanted more natural product and thus hopefully more 'breathable'. Will need to see what its like when its summertime. You definitely need to have extra deep sheets! Delivery was on time and old mattress removed with no problem. So good service. But one star docked off as have to pay for delivery whereas a lot of other shops etc offer free delivery. Although in the end I ordered it online, the staff at my local store were very friendly and helpful.
The mattress is very comfortable. Nice and soft and eases me into a deep Sleep. It is the ideal thickness and is not too hard or too soft. There were many to choose from, firm ones, soft ones and this one is a bit like the porridge that Goldilocks chose. It's absolutely perfect
