Okay, so it took me two months to get the bed in, this is cause of my homes narrow and steep steps. Took taking a window out to get the end and head boards in. Took a few hours to build. Partly due to the lacking instructions that were at times straight wrong. The screws, bolts, washers are listed with individual letters for ease of identification in the instructions, too bad they were all shoved into the same bag with no dividers. Then when mounting the TV it says to use the rubber stoppers to stop it from over hanging, the instructions show a set with a lip indicating that it will hold the TVs bottom, the blocks provided had no lip so the bottom of the TV would be at risk of catching on the TV platform when going up or down. The ottoman hinges were not specified that the bolts need to be loose otherwise the mechanism will not work and will remain locked in place. And to this day (two months since purchase), I have not received the gaming voucher. I completed the survey when prompted for it, I've not heard back from customer services who said they would get back to me. Overall, I love the bed, bit of a hassle and lack luster customer service but still a good bed.

The gaming bed is great and my son loves it. It's just a shame that Bensons don't offer an assembly service for this type of bed - it took us quite a while with all the electrics involved. The two delivery men (Kelvin and William) were also brilliant and couldn't do enough to ensure everything was safely delivered. Great guys.
