I chose extra firm because my last mattress (firm) I needed a bit more back support for my bulged disc. The mattress has dipped (I am only 58kg) Bensons say it is the mattress contouring to my body but it's very uncomfortable. I tried to start my comfort guarantee return to swap the mattress for a firm and there are so many hidden fees. 60 delivery, 55 re selection fee?! And then any additional price difference. Would be easier to just buy a softer topper for the same money? Their customer service hasn't been great, and the mattress took nearly 4 weeks to be delivered. The only thing I will say is they text me on time with delivery slots etc. Really unhappy. Stuck with super hard mattress that cost me 600 which I can't exchange. Should have gone to Dreams
