The headboard is a bit wobbly regardless of how tight you do the bolts. Mine also came with a scuff and stain on the headboard even with all the packaging in tact. I sprung for the hard board bottom and with the mattress on, even with the pistons, it’s still really tough to open and close. Might loosen over time, but for now it’s not easy.
