4 - A good plumpy puffy pillow, size is larger than a normal pillow case so when you put it in the case it looses its shape, so loosing the side sleep element, but overall we are happy with the pillows.

5 - Pillow is soft but does not sink in. Occasionally fluff it up when the pillow contents get concentrated in one area and it'll return to its prior state. Very comfortable.
