Ordering was easy and delivery drivers great, they offered advice on taking plastic cover off a few hours before being used to give it time to breathe. I’ve turned it round top to tail after first week and the 2nd week turned it over as advised. It wasn’t too heavy so managed to do this on my own and having the side handles really helps.
