The desk is a fantastic feature and There’s plenty of room to put a stool for when working/playing there. The chair bed is a brilliant feature. It is not attached to the bed frame, so can be positioned anywhere else you want. It works really well as a place to sit and read together at bed time and is fantastic for sleep overs. His little sister has already given it a trial run! It’s super easy to pull out and put back together. We paid for assembly. Well worth the £49.... took the two men less than an hour to put it together and totally hassle free for us! My husband has since attached the frame to the wall to make it feel more secure and not able to move when he jumps around on it!! All in all really happy with this bed and I spent about 12 months looking at different options before we bought this one. A lot of them fit European size mattresses which are 10cm longer, so if you’re tight on space, that’s another good reason to go for this one.
