Good bed overall, only thing I could say is that you need to hold the buttons on the remote to get the TV out or back in. A single press button would be best, it's not like anyone has the need to get the TV partially out ;-) As there is no speaker it allows you to put a thicker mattress though if you do that I don't recommend the 43" tv, stick to the small one as it will appear higher and will be more comfortable to watch. Easy enough to build but 2 people recommended for some parts.

The Bed was easily put together when following the instructions step by step. A little disappointed at the customer service that we've received afterwards. Received a broken controller for the tv mechanism to put it up and down so we've had the bed for a week now and still can't use one of its main functions! From start to finish my Bensons for bed experience has been amazing. Firstly, ordering was simple and easy. All aspects explained really well and details of delivery provided including all the checks we should do to ensure the bed fits were clear and easy to understand. When the delivery arrived (within the stated delivery slot) - our driver and mate were totally professionals, helpful and friendly. Gave advise on how to build the bed and gave extra information that could be found online or with Customer services if we needed. The bed itself was extremely well packaged so not to get damaged in delivery. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with a large company. The bed took approx. 1.5 hours to build with 2 people. Instructions are easy to follow in step by step stages / diagrams. Even connecting the TV was easy! The bed is of amazing quantity - It has been very well made and the fabric is beautiful. All parts / nuts, bolts are good quality. Loads of storage in the Ottoman version and again the frame is very sturdy and of great quality. I haven't slept so well in years - love the "in bed" feel you get. TV was easy to set up and add our subscription / on demand channels. Overall a fantastic bed with exceptional service from start to finish - Highly recommend for a little slice of luxury
